  • Since we are the largest residential builders, we have the capability to hire diverse skilled human resources. These diverse professionals help us define quality standards, drawing details, quality checkpoints, and conduct internal training.

  • All the work is done as per drawings, under diligent supervision of the site in charge and the project architect. So, at times, our sites have more than 200 drawings. This helps the site in avoiding errors that happen due to wrong interpretations in the absence of the drawings

  • To ensure high-quality material is used in construction, we largely deliver it ourselves.

  • At Prithu, we regularly train our employees in new technologies, quality management, and time management.

  • Prithu mostly uses factory-made products. This reduces the chances of errors at the site, besides giving better quality material and finish

  • The team implements various methods to ensure the least possible errors are incurred on the construction site. For example, Crystalline waterproofing compound or curing compound.

  • Lastly and most importantly, to streamline the work, the team follows checklists, which are shared with all the members involved in the construction process.


Through consistent efforts, the team at Prithu is moving towards home design and construction with lesser errors and reworks. At times, errors are still incurred. And, as per our commitment, any errors identified, we rectify at our cost on an immediate basis.
